So, if you enjoy helping customers find the right solutions, sales oriented and enjoy working with tools and construction products then this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Build and sustain long-term customer relationships Drive sales by engaging walk-in customers with product info, quotes, orders and follow-ups Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by promoting our full product line Promote product features, pricing, and solutions to customers Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, leads, and sales activity Collaborate with Management to expand brand presence through marketing initiatives Research into competitor products, pricing and market trends Negotiate strategically to close sales and encourage repeat business Assist and support outside sales representative Support store operations by receiving product, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized customer-friendly environment Provide outstanding customer service in a retail environment

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED (bachelor's degree in business/marketing a plus) Bilingual skills are a plus and encouraged to apply Proven experience in inside sales, retail sales, or customer service Experience in a construction trade Detail oriented, organized, and dependable Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills Ability to lift 50lb. Clean driver's license.

Paid Time Off Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This role works in an office environment with some time spent in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee may be required to lift up to 20 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. While in a warehouse setting, the employee may be exposed to the outdoor weather temperature and loud noise. This role may require some weekend or late-night work as the employee is the sole manager responsible for the location's operation and emergency response.
