Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits effectively. Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities within designated regions. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms confidently while ensuring customer needs are met with professionalism and transparency. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently to foster loyalty. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for building lasting client relationships. Knowledge of marketing strategies, product demos, upselling techniques, and direct sales approaches. Ability to conduct thorough analysis of market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential.
