This is a field-based, independent role where you'll represent our brand, build strong relationships, and ensure our products are always well-stocked and beautifully presented. If you enjoy working independently, staying organized, and building connections in a fast-paced environment—this role is for you. What You'll Do Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and distributor partners Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts Resolve issues quickly and professionally Route & Store Visits Plan and manage your weekly route efficiently Visit all assigned accounts and complete reports on time Adjust priorities based on inventory and demand Inventory & Orders Monitor stock levels and submit replenishment orders Coordinate with distributors and internal teams Ensure accurate deliveries and minimize out-of-stock items Merchandising Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked displays Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for product freshness Remove expired or damaged products Sales & Reporting Track sales performance and identify growth opportunities Provide regular updates and insights to management Monitor competitor activity in stores Promotions & Brand Presence Set up in-store promotions and displays Support sampling events when needed What We're Looking For Required Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed) Strong organization and time management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building ability Comfortable using email, apps, and spreadsheets Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Preferred Experience in retail merchandising, food distribution, or grocery Familiarity with distributors like US Foods or Sysco Experience with route planning or inventory systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Quarterly performance bonus Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate Opportunity to grow with a premium local brand Why Join Saffron?
