Home Health RN for after hours support Monday-Friday from 5:30pm-8:30am and/or weekends. Perform patient assessments, check vitals, evaluate breathing, monitor pain, administer prescribed medication and treatments. Ensure accessibility of medical equipment, prescribed oxygen, medication and other supplies Educate family on the patient's prognosis, changes in care plan, medication and hospice goals. Home Health ON CALL Registered Nurses:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current RN License in SC or compact license. 2 years' experience as a nurse with 1 year of experience in home health, preferred. Proficient computers skills and workplace software knowledge. Work with people, function well under stress, use clinical judgment, be creative and accept challenges. Able to effectively deal with multiple changes based on patient needs and scheduling. Clinical proficiency in nursing, strong communication skills, and compassion.
