Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options, emphasizing high-end sales opportunities Negotiate deals effectively by leveraging strong communication skills, B2B sales techniques, and dealership experience to close sales confidently Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, accessories, and financing options to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales support records Develop and deliver compelling public speaking presentations or product demonstrations to promote vehicles and dealership offerings Skills Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or B2B transactions Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred Demonstrated success in outbound sales strategies including cold calling and prospecting Proficiency with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, retail math, and detailed record keeping Customer service-oriented mindset with polished phone etiquette and professional demeanor Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently Experience in marketing strategies that attract new clients and support ongoing sales efforts Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for cars meets your talent for sales! $80,973.37 - $125,000.00 per year
