We are open to candidates from outside the automotive industry and are willing to train the right person. We are not looking for someone with the most dealership experience. We are looking for someone with the right personality, professionalism, energy, and work ethic. What You'll Do Welcome and assist customers in person, online, and by phone Respond to leads quickly and professionally Follow our sales and follow-up process consistently Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish Stay in contact with prospects and unsold opportunities Create simple video walk-arounds and basic social media content Represent the dealership in a professional, friendly, and upbeat way What We're Looking For Strong people skills and a positive attitude Professional communication and presentation Highly motivated and dependable Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day Coachable and willing to follow a proven process Organized and able to stay on top of follow-up Comfortable on camera for simple video content Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, or phone experience is a plus This Role May Be a
