Dakota Steel and Trim, Inc. is a regional roll forming manufacturer located in Canton, South Dakota and Freeport, Minnesota. Family-owned since 1992, Dakota Steel and Trim was the first privately incorporated Roll Former in South Dakota. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The regular working hours for this position are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities Include:

Communicate with customer via phone and email Provide quotes and manage pricing to meet company goals Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs Data entry Provide product knowledge and training to customers as needed Receive, process, and verify accuracy of customers' orders

Job Requirements:

Previous sales and customer service experience in the building materials industry Experience in metal roofing products is desirable, but not necessary Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to operate general office equipment, including telephone, computer, calculator, and photocopier Have working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Strong computer skills are required Why Dakota Steel & Trim?
