Full Job Description Description:
Riverside Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Threads Retail Sales Representative to join our team. If you are a results-driven individual who understands customer needs and requirements, we want you to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Greeting customers, assisting with purchases, processing transactions, and maintaining the sales floor. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails Maintaining and developing positive business and customer relationships Managing quotes using company software and ensuring quotes are profitable using various distribution channels Working directly with order entry sales team to ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time Maintaining a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting Communicating a consistent message and utilizing approved marketing materials Performing other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
What You'll Need:
Proven work experience as a sales representative in a retail environment The ability to understand cost, pricing, and margins A friendly and engaging demeanor and the ability to present the store and its products in a positive and professional manner Strong computer skills, including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite Strong listening and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong phone presence Ability to effectively communicate with people of all levels Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check What You Can Look Forward to: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, and a generous PTO plan.
