You'll be the go-to person for customers, technicians, and daily auto glass operations—ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service Sell auto glass services, convert inquiries into scheduled jobs, follow up on estimates via phone, text, email Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow for auto glass technicians Order auto glass and materials from suppliers Track inventory and ensure timely delivery of parts Prepare work orders and maintain accurate job records Plan and map mobile technician routes for efficiency Handle billing, payments, and basic office administration Communicate with insurance companies as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, office administration, dispatching, or sales exp required Strong phone presence and ability to close sales Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and office equipment; ability to type fast while on phone intermediate to advanced typing skills needed Automotive and/or auto glass knowledge is preferred (we will train the right person) Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Why Join Us? Process Compensation & Benefits:
