About Us:
At Amy Stockberger Real Estate, we are a high-performing, client-obsessed brokerage committed to delivering an exceptional experience at every stage of the home buying and selling journey. We're growing fast and looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent to help fuel that growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion:
Respond to incoming leads with speed and professionalism, qualifying prospects and setting appointments for our agents.
Outbound Prospecting:
Make proactive outbound calls and follow-ups to nurture leads through the pipeline and keep potential clients engaged.
Database Management:
Organize, update, and work your CRM database consistently to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule and confirm buyer and seller consultations for our real estate agents, maximizing their productivity.
Lead Nurturing:
Build rapport with prospects over time through consistent, meaningful communication until they are ready to buy or sell.
Goal Achievement:
Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with agents and leadership to ensure a smooth handoff and excellent client experience.
Market Knowledge:
Stay informed on local real estate trends to speak knowledgeably with prospects.
Qualifications:
Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a high-volume call environment preferred. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to hit metrics and goals. Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up. Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms and sales tools. Real estate experience or license is a plus, but not required.
