Interstate Power Systems Drive Equipment Sales + Build Customer Relationships Interstate Power Systems is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to grow our off-highway equipment, rental, parts, and service business in the Sioux Falls market. You'll represent top brands like Liebherr, Atlas Copco, and leading industrial engine platforms while delivering complete solutions that keep customers running. Why Join Interstate Power Systems? Base salary + commission - strong earning potential Company vehicle, laptop & phone provided Established customer base + growth territory Industry-leading products and support Career growth within a multi-division organization What You'll Do Equipment & Rental Sales Sell new & used off-highway equipment (Liebherr, Atlas Copco, etc.) Grow rental utilization (generators, air compressors, mobile power) Conduct jobsite visits, demos, and equipment evaluations Recommend solutions based on customer needs and applications Parts & Service Growth Drive parts & service sales Identify opportunities for repairs, PMs, and service contracts Partner with internal parts & service teams to deliver results Industrial Engine Support Support parts/service for: Deutz, Volvo Penta Industrial, Perkins Identify rebuilding, repair, and maintenance opportunities Business Development Build and grow a book of business across construction & industrial markets Prospect new customers and expand existing accounts Track pipeline, opportunities, and customer activity What We're Looking For Proven sales experience in heavy equipment, off-highway, or industrial markets Strong knowledge of: Construction or industrial equipment Parts & service operations Rental equipment business Experience with Liebherr, Atlas Copco, Deutz, Volvo Penta, or Perkins is a plus Self-motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Willingness to travel within territory What We Offer Base salary + commission structure Company vehicle + tech package Full benefits (health, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match PTO starting Day 1 + paid holidays Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Apply Today Join a company that lives its values—Pride in Service—and helps customers stay productive and profitable.
