Key Responsibilities:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new customers, and closing sales to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. You will conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess their water quality needs and provide customized solutions using our industry-leading products. Utilize your excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with customers and educate them on the benefits of Kinetico Water Systems. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding market reach and increasing revenue. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on industry trends to effectively promote Kinetico Water Systems.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in outside sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Prior experience in the water treatment industry is a plus, but not required.
