Job Description
Complete Weddings + Events, a nationally recognized provider of wedding and event services, is accepting applications for a Sales Consultant. We provide Photography, Videography, DJ, Photo Booth, Lighting, and Coordination services for weddings, corporate events, school events, and celebrations of all kinds. We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Consultant who enjoys working with people, following a proven sales process, and helping clients build the perfect event package. The primary purpose of this position is to convert incoming leads into booked events by building trust, creating value, and providing an excellent client experience from the first conversation.
Responsibilities include:
Respond quickly and professionally to incoming leads Follow the company SOP for the sales process Consult with couples and clients to understand their event needs Present service options, packages, pricing, and available upgrades Convert qualified leads into booked events Maintain accurate notes and client information in the company CRM Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager through daily and weekly reports Attend ongoing sales training sessions and team meetings Participate in local networking events, bridal shows, open houses, and vendor events Build relationships with venues, vendors, planners, and community partners Collaborate with the leadership team to improve systems, processes, and client experience Represent the Complete Weddings + Events brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity The ideal candidate is: Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with new people Sales-minded with strong follow-up habits Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales system Comfortable with phone calls, email, texting, and in-person meetings Motivated by goals, accountability, and team success Excited about weddings, events, and creating great client experiences Available for occasional evenings, weekends, networking events, bridal shows, and some travel Compensation and Benefits:
