About the Opportunity We are seeking a customer-focused and technically driven Technical Customer Success Specialist to support customers in maximizing the value of manufacturing software and equipment solutions. This role combines customer success, technical support, training, and application consulting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers while leveraging their manufacturing and software expertise. You'll serve as the primary technical contact for customers, helping them solve challenges, improve efficiency, and successfully utilize software solutions in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical resource for customers, providing exceptional support and guidance. Deliver phone, virtual, and on-site technical support for software-related issues. Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution. Conduct software training classes at company facilities and customer locations. Develop and present training materials tailored to varying experience levels. Guide customers through software functionality, workflows, and best practices. Perform live software demonstrations for prospective and existing customers. Support sales teams during customer visits, trade shows, and technical presentations. Conduct time studies and application evaluations to support customer recommendations. Collaborate with sales, engineering, service, and software teams to meet customer needs. Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate solutions across internal teams. Maintain accurate customer documentation and support records. Present technical concepts clearly and effectively to small and mid-sized groups. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience working for a manufacturing equipment company. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Experience delivering customer training, technical presentations, or product demonstrations. Ability to explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of experience. Understanding of mechanical blueprints and manufacturing processes. Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD/manufacturing software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Preferred Experience supporting manufacturing software, CNC machinery, or industrial equipment. Background in customer success, technical support, applications support, or customer training. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Consultative experience working directly with customers. Ability to manage multiple customer priorities while maintaining a high level of service. Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations as needed. Why Consider This Role? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
