Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services, ensuring a positive shopping experience Conduct route driving to visit clients, deliver products, or perform merchandising tasks efficiently and safely Utilize strong communication skills to explain product features, pricing options, and upselling opportunities effectively Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules for optimal efficiency Assist with merchandising efforts by setting up displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability on the sales floor Handle heavy lifting of merchandise during stock replenishment or setup activities while adhering to safety standards Apply excellent customer service skills to resolve inquiries, address concerns, and foster long-term client relationships Experience Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
