Thursday-Sunday, 12:00 PM-8:00 PM CT (core hours, on-site) What You'll Actually Be Doing Making outbound calls to property owners and having real, human conversations Answering inbound calls and picking up right where the conversation left off Asking good questions, listening more than you talk, and taking solid notes Moving promising conversations forward toward our closing process (CMR) What We're Looking For Someone who is genuinely comfortable — even energized — talking to strangers on the phone for hours at a time Clear communicator who can build rapport fast and stay calm when a call gets tense Empathetic, Personable, and Hungey for success. Reliable for core hours, Thursday through Sunday, at our Brentwood office Bonus points if you've done sales, collections, appointment-setting, or any other job where the phone was your main tool Compensation $20/hour base pay during scheduled call hours 35-40 hours a week $500 bonus for every deal you originate or advance that closes Monthly team bonus on top of that (up to $1,500+ when the team hits volume milestones) After 6 months, you can opt into a higher-commission structure if you'd rather chase bigger bonuses than a bigger hourly rate
