On-target earnings range from $60,000-$80,000+ annually, with top performers having the potential to earn over $80,000 per year. What this role really is This is not a traditional retail role — it's a high-touch, consultative sales position set in a premium wellness environment, focused on helping customers find real relief. This role is especially well-suited for candidates with backgrounds in: Luxury retail High-end customer service Commission-based sales Client-facing retail environments You're sitting across from someone in pain — foot, knee, or back — and helping guide them toward solutions that improve daily comfort and mobility. You'll close anywhere from $500-$1,700+ sales by changing how someone moves and relieving pain. A typical day looks like this You greet a customer, sit down with them, and walk through a structured consultation. You ask questions, understand their lifestyle, and guide them toward a solution. You use the Harris Mat or other devices to map their footprint and better understand their support needs. It combines elevated customer service with consultative selling — and it makes a real difference. Many customers arrive frustrated and leave feeling genuinely supported.
