Help Homeowners. Build a Career. Chimney Solutions is growing, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives / Field Technicians. This is a field-based role — not a desk job. You'll meet with homeowners, inspect chimney and fireplace systems, identify problems, and recommend solutions that keep homes safe and functional. Compensation Starting pay:

$18/hour during the first 90 days of training After training: Full commission compensation structure Earning potential: $60,000 - $150,000+ annually Unlimited commission opportunities Top performers earn significantly more What a Typical Day Looks Like Your day starts at the shop before heading out to scheduled appointments throughout the Chattanooga area. You'll inspect chimney and fireplace systems, speak with homeowners about what you find, and recommend the best solutions for their home. Some days you may be sweeping chimneys, while other days you'll be diagnosing issues, performing inspections, or writing estimates. Every home and situation is different. The more problems you solve and the more value you provide to homeowners, the more you earn.
