As a Sales Representative , you will be responsible for selling our AfterPaint and specialty product line to contractors, retailers, designers, and end users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, performance-based environment and enjoys building relationships in the field.

Responsibilities:

Develop new sales leads and manage existing accounts Travel to client sites in the Tri-State area (Chattanooga

•, Knoxville, Blue Ridge, Murphy, etc.) and industry events to present product offerings Demonstrate product usage and benefits Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions Report regularly on sales pipeline and performance Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals profitably

Qualifications:
