We are looking for a motivated, aggressive self-starter to help drive home sales and leasing at our manufactured housing community in Dickson, TN. There is significant commission opportunity for someone who knows how to follow up, build relationships and close deals. We have homes to sell and lease and want someone who is hungry to make things happen. This can be full-time or part-time , and we are willing to be flexible for the right person.

Responsibilities will include:

Responding to and following up with leads Showing available homes Selling and leasing homes Advertising and generating new leads Staying on top of prospects through the entire sales process Completing basic sales and leasing paperwork Working with our onsite and corporate teams to increase occupancy We are looking for someone who is outgoing, persistent, organized and highly motivated by commission.

Compensation:

Base pay depending on experience + strong sales/leasing commissions
