Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Roofing and Siding Sales Representatives. We are looking for five highly driven individuals that we can turn to sales closers! We pay the highest commission compared to the industry standard because we want to take care of our guys. The income is uncapped and I have had go-getters make over $200,000 in the first year. We're looking for strong minded individuals ( 5) teamed up with the proper knowledge to close deals on the spot. This position can also lead to promotions within the company and bonus plans through hard work and effort. The promotion will include higher commissions and running crews of sales representatives. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train In all aspects. This is a growth opportunity! Let's make a well paying career. Having roofing and siding sales increases your ticket price and commission as well. Must be ready to hit the ground running! Duties Engage with prospective clients through D2D and lead generation, and territory management to identify sales opportunities in roofing and siding projects. Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical sales consultations to educate customers on roofing materials, siding options, and installation benefits. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through effective account management and personalized customer service. Manage a designated territory by planning sales routes, tracking market trends, and expanding business through strategic marketing efforts. Utilize CRM software such as Salesrabbit to track leads, follow up on prospects, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory expansion plans, and new product launches to maximize revenue growth. Skills Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation initiatives effectively. Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, negotiations, and customer service interactions. Technical knowledge of roofing systems, siding materials, installation processes, and related technologies is highly desirable.
Pay:
$140,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
