About the job:

Associated Packaging is seeking a driven and energetic Inside Sales and Operations Specialist to support and accelerate the growth of SupplyBox.com. This role combines operational execution with proactive inside sales to drive revenue and customer growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Call on existing customers to grow accountsFollow up on inbound leadsBuild and manage sales pipelineSchedule and participate in sales meetingsMaintain strong customer relationshipsSupport onboarding and account managementAssist with data analysis and presentationsSupport ongoing projects and growth initiativesLearn SupplyBox products and servicesProvide support for the day-to-day operations of SupplyBox.com as neededOther related duties, as assigned.

What you bring to the table:

Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred1-3 years of Inside Sales or operations experienceHigh energy and results orientedGrowth mindsetTech-savvy (CRM, Office Suite, LinkedIn)Thorough understanding of company productsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
