Fast Partitions is a growing, family-owned company seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our tight-knit team. This Inside Sales Representative role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced internet sales and call center-style sales environment , enjoys working warm leads, and is driven to close business. As an Inside Sales Representative , you will consult with contractors, architects, designers, and facility managers to design custom commercial washroom layouts using our online platform. You'll work with a best-in-class lineup of manufacturers and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. No cold calling —this role focuses on warm inbound and outbound internet sales opportunities . What You'll DoSales & Customer Engagement Make warm outbound calls to customers who have submitted quotes online Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a call center environment Build relationships and guide customers through the sales process Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets Quote & Order Management Review, revise, and finalize customer quotes Process customer transactions accurately Manage opportunities within CRM systems Performance & Team Contribution Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline management Support team goals and contribute to a positive, high-energy sales culture What We're Looking ForRequired Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Internet Sales Representative, or Call Center Sales Representative Strong closing ability with a results-driven mindset Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and written) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong attendance and reliability Preferred Qualifications Experience in call center sales or high-volume inside sales environments Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines Experience in internet sales or online lead conversion Ability to read architectural drawings (a plus) Leadership experience or desire to grow into sales management Why Join Fast Partitions?
