  • Full-time AT&T Dealer | Sales Representative Job Overview Pillars Legacy Consulting is hiring AT&T Sales Representatives to support in-store customer acquisition campaigns within major retail locations in the Memphis area.
This is an entry-level, face-to-face sales role focused on educating customers about AT&T products and services. We provide paid training , ongoing coaching, and clear advancement opportunities for motivated individuals. Key Responsibilities Represent AT&T inside partnered retail locations Engage customers and identify their wireless and connectivity needs Explain AT&T mobile, internet, and service options clearly and professionally Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting daily sales goals Maintain accurate reporting and follow brand guidelines Work collaboratively with team members and retail partners Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with customers in a retail environment Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work independently and on a team Reliable transportation and punctuality High school diploma or equivalent required Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus (not required) What We Offer Paid training and hands-on mentorship Weekly pay with performance-based incentives Advancement opportunities based on performance Supportive, team-focused work environment Consistent schedule within partnered retail locations Schedule Full-time availability required Daytime and early evening shifts Weekend availability may be required
