Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in the landscape and outdoor construction sectors. Engage with prospective clients through warm calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline. Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their outdoor space needs, offering customized solutions that align with their vision and budget. Job Description As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential clients, presenting our services, and closing sales. You will work closely with the owner and operations team to ensure a seamless handoff from sale to service. Key Responsibilities/ What You'll Be Selling Paver patios & hardscapes Retaining walls Concrete installs Sod & landscape installs Drainage solutions Tree work & removals Fencing Deck builds Full outdoor transformations Qualifications Proven sales experience (home services or construction strongly preferred) Strong communication with clients and field crews Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems Highly responsive and organized Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation

Preferred:

Landscape, hardscape, or construction background Experience with Jobber or similar CRM Comfortable running in-home estimates Ability to sketch basic layouts on grid paper Strong follow-up and closing ability Compensation & Benefits $500/week base pay 3% commission on company-provided leads (Google, LSA, Facebook, etc.) 7% commission on self-generated organic leads Fuel support provided Uncapped earning potential for strong performers
