Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help us accelerate growth and build lasting relationships with potential clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills, leverage CRM software, and contribute directly to our company's success. Duties Prospect and develop new business relationships with apartment complexes, hotels, HOAs, commercial properties, and property management companies. Schedule and conduct in-person sales meetings. Perform parking audits and identify parking enforcement opportunities. Present PPI's parking management solutions to property owners and managers. Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline. Generate signed contracts and help grow recurring monthly revenue. Qualifications Strong people skills and communication abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and in-person sales. Prior sales experience preferred. Property management, real estate, B2B sales, automotive sales, insurance sales, or similar experience is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation Base pay plus commission. Opportunity for substantial earnings based on performance. Growth potential within the company.
