Drive sales of phones, accessories, and wireless plans while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Maintain the store's professional appearance and ensure all product displays and devices are fully functional and ready for customer interaction. Contribute to a fun, competitive, and supportive team-driven atmosphere ------Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. 6 months of prior customer service or sales experience in a retail or sales environment. Basic proficiency with computers, software, Microsoft products, mobile and auxiliary devices. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer and company information. Ability to quickly process and maintain changing information and product knowledge. Legally authorized to work in the United States. High school diploma/GED required; Undergraduate degree is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required. The Ideal Candidate A friendly, outgoing personality paired with strong communication skills. Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset—you are committed to meeting and exceeding sales goals. Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude. Retail or sales experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right person. Physical and Labor Demands Must be able to stand for long periods of time throughout a shift. Must be able to move and/or lift up to 20 pounds. Must be able to talk and hear, be detail-oriented, and maintain clear communication. Must maintain a calm and positive attitude daily while at work. Must be versatile and possess full mobility to assist in all operational aspects, including merchandising, packing, inventory management, phone bar setup, and pricing displays.
