Job Description

Our company, a sales and business consulting firm, is seeking qualified candidates for the AT&T Sales Representative role. This position supports AT&T's D2D campaign, delivering tailored service solutions to residential customers. Representatives will guide clients through fiber, wireless, and TV offerings while ensuring a seamless and brand-compliant experience. As an AT&T Sales Representative, you'll be instrumental in advancing AT&T's D2D campaign by providing structured service consultations to residential clients. You'll recommend appropriate solutions, manage account activations, and maintain a high level of professionalism across all outreach efforts. You'll also support campaign performance by tracking enrollments, documenting interactions, and ensuring alignment with AT&T's outreach standards. Role Requirements for an AT&T Sales Representative Support AT&T's D2D outreach by engaging residential customers to assess service needs and present available solutions. Communicate AT&T's internet, wireless, and TV offerings clearly and professionally to help customers select the most suitable plans. Uphold AT&T's brand standards by delivering trustworthy, solution-oriented guidance throughout each customer interaction. Demonstrate active listening and product fluency to explain service options in a clear, supportive, and customer-aligned manner. Contribute to individual and team performance goals by maintaining consistent outreach activity and exceeding campaign benchmarks. Pay:
$47,058.74 - $56,672.89 per year
