Overview:

The position of Route Sales for Murfreesboro Pure Milk Company (MPM) requires that an individual be able to physically and safely perform the necessary functions of driving, delivering, stocking and ordering the wide range of products that the Company sells. The position requires the ability to perform tasks on your own without supervision and be able to communicate with both fellow co-workers and others outside of the organization.

Job Requirements:

Education

high school or equivalent preferred License
Must be able to obtain a Class B drivers' license and qualify for coverage as a driver under company insurance Physical
Must be able to sit, stand, squat, bend and lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day as well as be able to climb stairs and climb in and out of trucks Skills
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and be able to learn basic route delivery functions. Mental
Must be able to adapt to daily conditions and to be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

Must show reliability and promptness on a daily basis

The Route Sales position is a 40 +

working hours per week.
