In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Demonstrate strong knowledge of pricing strategies and product features to maximize sales opportunities Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue Manage route driving efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain accurate delivery logs Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience Conduct merchandising activities to display products attractively and maintain organized sales areas Handle heavy lifting when necessary to load or unload merchandise safely and efficiently Maintain organizational skills for route planning, inventory management, and record keeping Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members Follow safety protocols during commercial driving and adhere to traffic regulations at all times Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred Strong math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and sales transactions Proven ability in upselling techniques to increase sales volume Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse customers and team members Experience in route driving, merchandising, or similar roles is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily responsibilities Organizational skills for managing routes, deliveries, and inventory efficiently Join us as a Sales Representative and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while achieving personal growth.
