Expected Work Hours:
Full-time, including some evenings and Saturdays. Schedule is flexible to maximize sales opportunities. Job Summary This is a hands-on, commission-driven sales role for someone who wants to own the full customer experience from lead to close. You will manage all used car sales and leasing transactions, generate your own leads, and handle paperwork and financing. This role is ideal for someone who: Wants control over their income Thrives in a performance-based environment Enjoys working independently and building relationships Responsibilities Handle all aspects of used car sales and leasing Respond to online inquiries and generate leads through listings Walk customers through financing options and close deals Maintain vehicle listings across platforms (Facebook, Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.) Handle all sales documentation and compliance requirements Deliver excellent customer experiences to drive repeat business and referrals Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in automotive or commission-based sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own pipeline Ability to handle sales paperwork and financing Experience using online platforms to generate leads Company Mission and Vision A Better Way Auto LLC is committed to delivering top-quality automotive repair, maintenance, and sales, ensuring every vehicle meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
