You'll respond to inbound internet leads, follow up with customers by phone, email, text, chat, and social media, and help set appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle. You'll also create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and reels for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role combines inside sales, lead follow-up, appointment setting, customer service, CRM management, and digital engagement. City Auto Murfreesboro offers a 4-day workweek option and 5 consecutive days off each month. The dealership is also closed on Sundays to support work-life balance.
