Rogers Group is currently seeking a Sales Representative for the Middle Tennessee area of operations, reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation across our existing operations and new operations as we grow.

Job Responsibilities :

Increasing revenue and margins through disciplined market management. Maintaining favorable and effective relationships with current customers. Identifying and prospecting new customers and capturing information in Salesforce. Favorably resolving customer complaints as necessary. Analyze market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on shifts in the market. Develop specific strategies to obtain new business. Working with internal teams to ensure product quality and availability. Assist in overseeing the sales process from pricing to preparing contracts, forecasting, and assisting in credit and collections. Assessing sales functions and potential on prospective acquisitions.

Qualifications :

Experience and success in a sales environment preferred. Sales experience in the aggregates, asphalt, construction, or related industry strongly preferred. Knowledge of the marketing area is preferred. Bachelor's degree required, Business or Construction Management preferred. Proven sales, negotiation, and customer service skills. Capable of demonstrating product knowledge, market conditions, and competition. Excellent verbal, written communications, and presentation skills required.
