Inside Sales The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting customers by accurately identifying, quoting, and pricing bills of materials while coordinating deliveries and resolving order-related issues. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer projects run smoothly by providing reliable communication, order accuracy, and proactive problem-solving. Success in this position is measured by accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Essential Functions Identify, quote, and price customer bills of materials accurately and in a timely manner Process customer orders and manage billing to ensure accurate invoicing and documentation Coordinate deliveries and pickup schedules to meet customer project timelines Track vendor orders and research delivery dates for backordered or delayed items Communicate order status, tracking details, and delivery updates to customers proactively Troubleshoot order issues and identify customer needs to provide effective solutions Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure successful job execution Maintain accurate records of customer orders, pricing, and delivery documentation Provide exceptional customer service through professional, responsive communication Follow all company policies, procedures, and pricing guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership or management Required Skills & Competencies Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license with an approved motor vehicle record No history of drug or alcohol abuse Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing 35 pounds or more Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, coworkers, and leadership
