We design, manufacture, and install lubrication systems for multiple industries with a focus on natural gas compression, refining, and rotating machinery. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will have an exciting opportunity to build on the 100-year legacy of Sloan Lubrication by providing quality sales and support to our customers in the Southeast Region to include
NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, LA, AR, MO, TN, KY.
Duties & Responsibilities Develop new prospects, secure client contracts, and drive growth within existing accounts through consistent, strategic communication and relationship-building. Strategically plan and execute travel within the territory to maximize time and resources, ensuring efficient visits to prospective and existing clients that support continued growth. Use CRM tools to stay organized and maintain clear visibility into customer relationships, supporting more effective follow-up and growth opportunities. Manage the sales process—from lead generation through estimating and project follow-up—leveraging provided tools to track progress and ensure smooth execution through completion. Collect and prepare site and system information needed to support accurate project estimating. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and regional objectives. Work closely with the Director of Sales to develop a sales forecast and set performance goals. Represent the company at local trade associations and industry events to strengthen visibility and relationships within targeted markets. Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations to key clients, working closely with internal teams. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to determine needs, pricing strategies, and opportunities for expansion. Prepare regular reports detailing sales performance, revenue growth, and regional activity. Effectively manage sales expense budget for the region. Up to 60% travel. Knowledge, Education and Experience Requirements 3-5+ years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally with some exposure to industrial, manufacturing, construction, or technical products/services. Oil and Gas Industry Experience preferred Strong sales process understanding Territory management skills CRM proficiency Estimating & quoting familiarity Communication & relationship building Technical aptitude

  • able to plan efficient travel, manage follow-ups, and manage multiple accounts effectively. Experience in lubrication systems, industrial automation, or mechanical systems is a plus. Growth mindset Customer-first attitude

Proficient with general business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams); experience with ERP systems is a plus. BS/BA in business administration or related major or equivalent combination of education and experience.
