In this energetic role, you will serve as the frontline representative, providing exceptional service to customers seeking electrical solutions. Your proactive approach and in-depth product knowledge will help customers find the right solutions quickly, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This position offers a vibrant environment where your sales skills and knowledge can truly shine, contributing to the success of our operation. Duties As a Counter and Inside Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in person and over the phone, entering orders in the system, reviewing and pulling orders, and ensuring customers' needs are met in a professional and timely fashion. Generating new sales/business through sales initiatives and goals. When needed, this job will also include work in the warehouse and completing deliveries Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred Excellent negotiation and customer service skills with a positive attitude Familiarity with inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar software Demonstrated organizational skills for stocking, order fulfillment, and maintaining a tidy workspace Effective communication skills including phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or in person Join us to be part of an energetic team that values proactive service delivery and technical expertise.
