Utilize CRM software such as Sharebuilder to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on sales prospects efficiently. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals that benefit both the customer and the company. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to inform strategic planning. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, especially in media sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent customer service abilities. Familiarity with CRM software like Sharebuilder or other CRM tools for managing sales pipelines. Experience in door-to-door sales or direct community outreach is advantageous. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and others in a competitive environment.
