This is a straight commission role — meaning your income is entirely in your hands. Our top reps earn $100K+. If you're willing to network, make new friends, knock doors and own your community, this is one of the highest-earning sales opportunities in the area. We looking to add 3 individuals to our team of storm restoration representatives to assist in handling the influx of insurance claims due to storm damage such as hail and wind that have recently affected the West Texas area. To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we need 3 driven, focused, energetic, self-motivated independent individuals to join our team and assist homeowners with their insurance claim, estimates and storm damage inspections. No experience in Construction or Roofing? No problem. If you've sold pest control, solar, windows, gutters, real estate, cars at dealerships, anything door-to-door, worked in the hospitality or restaurant's as a food server you already have the skillset we're looking for. • We handle production so you can focus on sales Individuals we hire receive training on construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners though out their projects, so prior experience is not necessary.
• NOTE
• This is NOT a remote Position Compensation & Benefits Commission Only
• NO CAP
• NO CEILING Commissions paid on a Weekly Basis Realistic first-year earnings: $60k to $100k Top Performers consistently earn $150k + Average commission $1,500
• 5,000 per job or greater!
