Director of Sales / Team Ownership Join the Excitement! The Amarillo Warbirds are looking for an energetic, motivated, and relationship-driven Sales Representative to help grow our corporate partnership program. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of professional arena football, connect with business leaders throughout the region, and help companies increase their visibility through sports marketing and community engagement. If you enjoy networking, building relationships, attending community events, and being part of a fast-paced sports environment, this position is for you. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new corporate partnership opportunities with local, regional, and national businesses. Generate revenue through sponsorship sales, advertising packages, game-day promotions, digital marketing opportunities, and community partnerships. Conduct sales presentations and proposals to business owners, executives, and marketing decision-makers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective partners. Attend networking events, chamber functions, community activities, and team appearances to generate leads and strengthen business relationships. Represent the Amarillo Warbirds professionally in the community. Collaborate with team leadership to create customized partnership packages that meet client objectives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and partner communications. Assist in the activation and fulfillment of partnership agreements. Attend home games and select team events to support partners and enhance the fan experience. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, business development, marketing, sponsorship sales, or relationship management preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals. Comfortable networking and building relationships with business professionals. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Passion for sports and community involvement is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
