This position requires experience and/or a degree in animal science or agribusiness. Significant time will be spent on the road visiting with feedlots, nutritionists, veterinarians and other related professionals. SarTec will provide training and technical support on products. Strong emphasis will be placed on sales growth and customer retention. Set sales goals will be established. Communication of weekly sales activities to management is required and a list of top prospects should also be developed and maintained. Compensation will include a base salary and commission based on experience as well as competitive benefits.
