Job Description
The Team Lead is responsible for supporting daily site operations while assisting management with team leadership, customer service, operational execution, safety compliance, and membership sales performance. This role serves as a leadership position within the site and is expected to help maintain operational standards, support employee development, and ensure a positive customer experience. The Team Lead works closely with the management team to help drive sales performance, maintain operational flow, support tunnel efficiency, and uphold culture and standards. This role requires strong communication skills, leadership ability, professionalism, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
Previous customer service or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate teammates in a fast-paced environment Customer service and sales experience preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy operations Dependable attendance and punctuality
