Full Job Description About Us:
We're launching Momentum AI — an automation platform built specifically for service trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, fitness, salons). We've already built and deployed working systems for several live clients. Now we're scaling and need hungry salespeople to grow.
What We Do:
Our system answers phones 24/7, books jobs, sends follow-ups, and qualifies leads automatically. 48-hour setup. Clients stop losing calls to voicemail.
The Job:
You prospect and close. That's it. Cold calls, in-person visits, referrals — whatever works for you. Work your own hours, your own pace. No pressure, no salary cap. This can be a side gig or a full-time hustle — completely up to you.
We handle:
Free website bottleneck audits (showing prospects exactly where they're losing money) Sales scripts and industry playbooks Technical support if they ask questions You bring the hustle. You close the deal. You get paid.
Commission Structure:
Starter tier: $200 per signup Growth tier: $700 per signup Premium tier: $1,000 per signup Business tier: $1,500 per signup They already have a website? A dispatcher? Other tools? Perfect. We offer a free Website Bottleneck Audit — we identify exactly where they're losing leads, what's outdated, what's killing conversions. No obligation. You'll have pre-built audit PDFs to present to prospects before you even walk in the door. We're not replacing their dispatcher — we're making their job easier. Our system handles the initial capture and lead qualification, they focus on dispatch.
What We Need From You:
Experience in or familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or similar service trades A network (you know people, you can reach out) Willingness to pick up the phone or show up in person Self-starter mentality (no hand-holding)

Legal:
