Inside Sales Representative

Who are we? We are one of the largest Authorized National Retailers for Cricket Wireless. Our Austin area market is growing and we need qualified sales people that understand commission opportunities, and ethical sales approach. The position is right for an enthusiastic, positive attitude and high energy sales person willing to provide exceptional customer service and sales. Job Summary We are seeking highly energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships through inside sales and effective communication. Your primary focus will be on engaging customer service transactions with new and existing customers to promote our innovative wireless phone, accessories and home internet solutions. Responsibilities Conduct inside calls to existing and prospective customers using sales techniques to generate new sales and nurture existing customer relationships Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering product demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth sales process Experience Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing an Plus - not required Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to upsell and offer multiple commission earning products. Spanish speaking is a plus!
