The numbers:

What You'll Be Stepping Into Clear and fast progression into Team Leader and Sales Management positions — months, not years A modern office environment with on-site gym, saunas, and pilates classes A key role in building our US presence from the ground up Warm inbound and outbound opportunities A high-performance culture focused on growth and results About the Role The Sales Consultant is responsible for converting warm leads into new business revenue through a consultative sales approach. You'll engage prospective clients, understand their goals and challenges, recommend suitable solutions, and guide opportunities through to close. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing decisions, and consistently achieving sales targets. What You'll Be Doing Managing warm inbound and outbound sales opportunities Conducting discovery calls and needs assessments Presenting solutions and handling objections Managing opportunities from enquiry through to close Building long-term client relationships Maintaining an active sales pipeline and CRM Achieving and exceeding sales targets What We're Looking For 3-5+ years' experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing commercial role Proven B2C sales experience Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills Experience managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to close Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, brokerage, real estate, automotive, healthcare, professional services, or other regulated industries will be highly regarded.
