Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant sales team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind managing client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams. Duties Coordinate and support outside sales activities by assisting with client meetings, product demonstrations, and territory management efforts. Manage account portfolios through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Lead generation and cold calling to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories. Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features that meet their needs. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for strategic planning. Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive direct sales initiatives. Negotiate terms with clients to secure favorable agreements while maintaining strong customer relationships. Support inside sales efforts by handling inquiries, processing orders, and upselling relevant products or services. Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas within territories and develop targeted outreach plans. Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory expansion plans, and lead generation campaigns to maximize revenue potential. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales roles with a focus on territory management or technical sales. Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and direct sales activities. Strong understanding of CRM software platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer relationships. Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations. Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus but not required; a passion for learning new products is essential. Exceptional analysis skills for interpreting market data and identifying new opportunities for growth. Ability to build rapport quickly through customer service excellence and effective communication skills.
