Full-time Title:
Hotel Sales Coordinator Reports to: Director of Sales Position Summary Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Department. full-service hotel with catering experiance. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting revenue efforts by assisting with administrative tasks, client communication, and coordination of group and catering business. This position works closely with the Front Office and operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience in accordance with hotel and brand standards. Essential Responsibilities Support the Director of Sales and Sales Managers with daily administrative tasks Prepare contracts, proposals, banquet event orders (BEOs), and group resumes Communicate with clients regarding event details, room blocks, and billing information Enter and maintain accurate data in sales and property management systems Coordinate with Front Office, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to ensure smooth group execution Maintain organized sales files and documentation Assist with site visits and client tours Generate reports and track group production Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications Previous hotel, sales, or administrative experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with hotel sales systems or property management systems preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional and dependable work ethic What We Offer Competitive pay Growth opportunities Supportive leadership team Opportunity to be part of a dynamic full-service Hilton property
