Job Description
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by accurately processing sales contracts and clearly communicating customer specifications to all relevant departments. This position supports the sales team in maintaining smooth operations and contributing to the success of group and individual bookings. Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally; direct leads to the Sales Manager/Director as appropriate. Maintain rooming lists, group blocks, drop dates, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and group resumes. Prepare and process sales contracts according to established procedures; accurately enter all required data into the hotel database. Communicate customer specifications to relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of events and guest requests. Support the sales team with reporting, tracking, and follow-up to facilitate high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist with other duties as assigned to support the sales and events team.
