This position supports the sales team in maintaining smooth operations and contributing to the success of group and individual bookings. Essential Functions Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally; direct leads to the Sales Manager/Director as appropriate. Maintain rooming lists, group blocks, drop dates, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and group resumes. Prepare and process sales contracts according to established procedures; accurately enter all required data into the hotel database. Communicate customer specifications to relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of events and guest requests. Support the sales team with reporting, tracking, and follow-up to facilitate high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist with other duties as assigned to support the sales and events team. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Professional approach to customer service and problem resolution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel sales databases. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Previous experience in hotel sales, events coordination, or customer service preferred. Ability to complete training required by management or brand standards. Physical Demands & Work Environment Work is primarily performed indoors in an office/hotel environment. Frequent sitting, standing, and light lifting. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
