- Sales Development Representatives are the engine of Rubrik's go-to-market strategy.
- What You'll Do
- Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
- + •Support the Montreal and Toronto territories•+ Research target accounts, identify high-potential contacts, and craft personalized outreach across email, phone, and social channels to generate qualified meetings for field sales teams + Leverage customer success stories, case studies, and proof points in your outreach to demonstrate real-world impact — connecting a prospect's pain to how Rubrik has already solved it for organizations like theirs + Follow up on marketing-generated inbound leads within established SLA and compliance metrics + Manage your pipeline, leads, and activity data in Salesforce with discipline and accuracy + Track and report on your performance against defined activity and outcome targets •Collaboration & Strategy•+ Partner with your aligned field sales team to develop account strategies and break into priority accounts + Stay current on cybersecurity trends, the competitive landscape, and industry developments to sharpen your messaging and relevance + Develop deep fluency in Rubrik's products and the business problems we solve for customers + Participate in ongoing coaching sessions, call reviews, pitch competitions, and bootcamps designed to accelerate your sales skills •.
- What You'll Bring
Required:
- + 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role (internships and non-traditional backgrounds welcome) + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Interest and aptitude for learning technical concepts quickly + Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment with clear daily and weekly targets + A genuine desire to build a career in sales and business development + •Fluency in both French and English•+ •Ability to work out of Rubrik's Austin office a minimum of 4 days a week•+ •
Work-authorization:
- U.S. citizenship and residency on U.S. soil required
Preferred:
- + Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, or similar sales engagement tools + Exposure to cybersecurity or data management technology + Experience using AI-powered sales tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gong, Clari, 6sense) to improve prospecting efficiency
