Territory Sales Representative - Austin/San Antonio Atlas Hospitality Reps Atlas Hospitality Reps is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Representative to expand and support our portfolio of premium foodservice brands. This role is ideal for a sales professional with foodservice or hospitality experience who excels at developing long-term partnerships, uncovering new opportunities, and representing best-in-class manufacturers. Position Overview The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing sales within an established territory while proactively developing new business with end users, dealers, and foodservice consultants. You will serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, driving specification, strengthening dealer relationships, and supporting successful project execution from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Grow and strengthen Atlas Hospitality Reps' brand presence throughout the assigned territory Develop new business within restaurants, bars, hotels, country clubs, event venues, and hospitality groups Build and maintain strong relationships with foodservice consultants, designers, dealers, and end users Prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads; identify key accounts and project opportunities Present products and solutions through in-person meetings, showroom visits, and formal presentations Accurately track sales activity, opportunities, and follow-ups in Atlas's CRM Create, manage, and track quotes and projects using AutoQuotes (AQ) Maintain current product knowledge and sales tools across all represented brands Cold call, secure new accounts, and drive product specifications Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics Participate in company meetings to review performance, goals, and product updates Attend dealer events, trade shows, and industry functions as needed Maintain showroom organization and sample inventory Log showroom visits, collect end-user contact information, and communicate selections to dealer sales teams within 24 hours Complete all reporting, administrative, and compliance requirements on time Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in foodservice, hospitality, or manufacturer sales (or equivalent experience) Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and sell consultatively Experience using CRM platforms for activity and pipeline management AutoQuotes experience preferred, but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a large, active territory Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Compensation & Benefits Base + commission Auto allowance Client entertainment budget Medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits Ongoing product and sales training Career advancement opportunities within a growing manufacturer rep agency How to Apply Please email your resume to lisa@atlashospitalityreps.com To learn more about Atlas Hospitality Reps and the brands we represent, visit: www.atlashospitalityreps.com
